In this humorous ensemble comedy, Lydia takes a job running a Senior Citizens' Social Club, expecting a quiet life of tea and cards. Instead, she encounters a group of eccentric seniors, including a kleptomaniac former actor, a mysterious woman hiding from her past, and a rebellious knitter. When their community center is threatened with closure, the seniors join forces with a local daycare, a teenage father, and a geriatric dog to save the building. Through a series of unorthodox and often mischievous schemes, the group discovers that age does not mean invisibility, and that it is never too late for second chances, purpose, and deep, unexpected friendships.
