Bookitis trust & policy

Accessibility statement

Bookitis is being built so people can navigate, read, and use its account tools with a keyboard, assistive technology, and a range of visual preferences.

Version 2026-08-23Last updated August 23, 2026Public draft · named review required before launch

Bookitis policy

Current experience

The shared shell provides a skip-to-content link, semantic landmarks, visible focus treatment, keyboard-accessible controls, and an accessibility dock for text size, contrast/theme, and reduced motion preferences. Pages use heading structure, labels, status messaging, and descriptive links where implemented.

This is a best-effort product statement, not a claim that every page currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion. Testing and remediation remain part of the launch review.

Report a barrier
