A Changed Mind

by David Bayer

A Changed Mind: Go Beyond Self Awareness, Rewire Your Brain & Reengineer Your Reality chronicles one man's journey from trauma, addiction and burnout to a state of what author David Bayer calls a “powerful living experience.” Drawing on behavioral psychology, neurophysiology, quantum field theory and spiritual traditions, Bayer distills complex science into a practical, integrative framework for reclaiming personal and emotional sovereignty. The book moves beyond mere self‑awareness, offering step‑by‑step methods to rewire the brain, down‑regulate the nervous system and consciously create an extraordinary life. It serves as an instruction manual for understanding the human operating system and for transforming thoughts, emotions and reality.
