Wild Dark Shore

Set on the remote, weather‑lashed Shearwater Island, Wild Dark Shore follows the Salt family—widowed Dominic and his three children—who tend the world’s largest seed bank as rising seas threaten to swallow the island. When a shipwrecked woman, Rowan, washes ashore, she is taken in by the family and soon discovers that the research station is abandoned, her husband Hank (the former director) is missing, and the island’s fragile community hides deep secrets. As storms intensify, Rowan uncovers sabotage, buried grief, and moral dilemmas about which seeds to save, while the family grapples with loss, love, and the desperate fight for survival in a climate‑crisis world.
