The Summer of Yes

by Courtney Walsh

Kelsey Worthington, a junior editor and aspiring writer, finds her stable, risk-averse life upended after a near-death experience. While recovering in the hospital, she meets Georgina Tate, a formidable, high-powered businesswoman facing her own mortality and regrets. Together, the two women embark on a 'Summer of Yes,' a journey of self-discovery where they challenge themselves to say yes to experiences they previously avoided. Through an unlikely friendship, a road trip, and a slow-burn romance, they learn to confront their fears, forgive their pasts, and finally start living their own stories.
