Alice Sebold
Alice Sebold is an American author known for her novels The Lovely Bones and The Almost Moon, as well as the memoir Lucky. The Lovely Bones was a New York Times bestseller and was adapted into a film in 2010. Sebold’s memoir Lucky, which recounts her experience of being raped during her first year at Syracuse University, sold over a million copies. After the wrongful conviction of Anthony Broadwater was overturned in 2021, the publisher announced that Lucky would no longer be distributed.
