David Hawkins
Sir David R. Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D., was a nationally renowned psychiatrist, physician, researcher, spiritual teacher and lecturer. He founded the Institute for Spiritual Research (1983) and the Path of Devotional Nonduality (2003). Hawkins lectured at institutions such as Westminster Abbey, Oxford Forum, and universities including Notre Dame, Michigan, and Harvard. He advised religious monasteries, consulted on international diplomacy, and contributed to documentary films and radio interviews. His work focuses on consciousness, the map of consciousness, and the practical application of spiritual principles to personal and societal transformation.
