Tim Frankovich has been exploring fantastic worlds since third grade, when he cut up a grocery sack and drew a Godzilla‑meets‑superheroes story. He describes his goal as transporting readers to another world, making them care deeply about characters in dire situations, and guiding them deeper into life itself. He currently lives in Texas with his wife and children and writes epic fantasy series such as *The Certainty of Blood*.
